Loop.pH
Artists Rachel Wingfield and Mathias Gmachl work
together and call their company Loop.pH. Their work
is influenced by science and in particular plants
and plant movement. The finished sculptures are
part textile, part sculpture and part architecture.
Their ambition is to make work that reacts to its
environment in the way that plants do.
Find out about more about their work and Phototropism
by watching all the usual sections, timelapse,
techniques, influences and workshops.
The timelapse video clip tells the full story behind
their latest work a huge piece for the Royal Botanical
