We want ArtisanCam to be available to the widest possible audience. As a result we only use new technology when it really benefits the user experience. We use tried and tested formats and standards.

The ArtisanCam website is designed to work with the following machines:

Connection Requirements
To achieve the best performance from the streamed and live video content on the ArtisanCam site a connection speed of 100 Kbps or more is recommended.		   Web Browser Specification

Plugin Requirements
ArtisanCam features a large amount of video and interactive content, to use all the content on the site the following plugins are required:

  • Adobe Flash Player 8 or later
  • Adobe Shockwave 10 (for use with Sculpturama 3D Activity) or later
