The British Art Show timelapse was filmed at Baltic, Gateshead. Following its first showing at Baltic, it toured to the cities of Manchester, Nottingham and Bristol. British Art Show 6 was a Hayward Gallery Touring exhibition. |

The British Art Show 6 from Baltic was installed using Baltic and Hayward Gallery staff. The curator interviewed is Pippa Coles, Baltic. The Technician interviewed is employed by the Hayward Gallery and the artist interviewed is Hew Locke. |

classroom workshops |
The exhibiting classroom workshop is led by Cherie Trelogan who is the education officer for Abbot Hall Art gallery, Kendal and the Lakeland Arts Trust. She looks at traditional portrait, still life and landscape work and suggests ways of looking and questions that might be asked in front of similar work in other galleries. She also looks at contemporary works and finds similarities and contrasts with traditional work. |
